Job Summary
The role of Business Consultant is a key position within our organization, responsible for implementing and configuring our SaaS ERP software solutions to deliver tailored outcomes that drive customer success. This senior-level position requires strong technical knowledge of financial management systems and the ability to partner with customers to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with customers to implement and configure our SaaS ERP software solutions, ensuring alignment with project scope and contract specifics.
  • Build senior-level relationships with customers, coaching teams to deliver value-driven solutions and enhancing customer advocacy.
  • Ensure all program deliverables are completed on time and aligned with negotiated contracts and program specifics.

Required Skills and Qualifications

This role requires a solid understanding of TechnologyOne's Financials product or similar SaaS ERP software, as well as experience working with government clients (local or federal). The successful candidate will possess a customer-centric approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage complex programs and deliver customer outcomes efficiently.

  • Strong understanding of financial concepts, including AR, AP, GL, reconciliation, taxation, etc.
  • Solid understanding of TechnologyOne's Financials product or similar SaaS ERP software.
  • Experience working with government clients (local or federal).
  • Able to manage complex programs and deliver customer outcomes efficiently.
