As one of Queensland's earliest nature-based tourist destinations, the Sanctuary is a physical embodiment of everything we represent: to conserve and advance our natural and cultural heritage for future generations.
We currently have multiple opportunities for an experienced and motivated Park Cleaner to support the wider team and keep the grounds of the Sanctuary clean, tidy, and welcoming for all our guests. In this hands-on and busy role, you will ensure the Sanctuary is clean, hazard and litter free and provide a friendly welcome to our visitors.

The Role

In our Park Cleaner role, you will be responsible for cleaning public and internal areas, including onsite litter bins and toilet facilities when required. You will also provide friendly customer service and helpful information about Sanctuary facilities to our guests.

  • Ensuring the Sanctuary is clean, hazard and litter free

The Requirements

You will ideally have experience in a similar role and can work productively and cooperatively within a small team, with the ability to follow direction without supervision and demonstrate initiative to complete tasks.
