The role of a Director of Real Estate Private Credit is crucial in ensuring the effective delivery of analysis and investment papers. Reporting to the Head of Investment Risk, you will work closely with the wider Real Estate business unit to ensure seamless collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality analysis and investment papers across various transactions.
  • Manage ongoing project monitoring and ensure accurate data flow to investors, finance, and management.
  • Oversee systems and databases to guarantee efficient data analysis.
  • Drive business success through expert transaction analysis.
Requirements
  • A tertiary qualification with 10-15 years' experience in structured real estate finance.
  • Deep knowledge of the local property sector, including direct credit risk underwriting and analysis.
  • Proven project management skills for complex deals with multiple lending counterparties.
  • Experience reviewing finance and security documentation, providing investment structuring advice, and advanced financial modeling.

This newly created position involves managing ongoing project and investment monitoring, as well as overseeing systems and databases to ensure accurate data flow. A key success factor will be driving business success through high-quality transaction analysis.
