A senior role where you will lead the development of shopper insights for key clients, driving their strategic planning and business decisions.

About the Role

As a Senior Insights Manager within the Customer Success team, you will cultivate relationships with key accounts in Australia and New Zealand, prioritize their unique business needs, and make Shopper Intelligence an integral part of their strategic planning.

You will lead the insight creation process, presenting impactful results to clients, and champion innovation by spearheading initiatives to enhance the relevance and impact of our insights.

In this high-performing team, you will enjoy a high degree of autonomy and flexibility while working on various projects, developing your industry network, and putting your innovative ideas on the table from day one.

You will become an expert in the Shopper Intelligence methodology, helping clients win buy-in from their trading partners and pinpointing proof points to increase their influence in business planning, range reviews, innovation discussions, and more.

About You
  • Experience in market research, category management, insights, or brand
  • Experience in the retail or consumer goods industry
  • Ability to derive relevant actions from data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to make recommendations to clients
  • Track record of building and developing strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
