Your Focus Will Include:
- Negotiate contracts with key designers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials and services.
- Develop a procurement and negotiation strategy to achieve cost-saving targets and consolidate suppliers by coordinating reference projects.
- Lead and mentor commodity, functional or project teams, providing management-level support on project activities during tender and execution phases.
- Negotiate tender and pre-bid agreements with key subcontractors and designers.
- Oversee the preparation and updating of Bidders lists, issue of RFQ's, Commercial Bid Evaluations and RFA process, leading the team for key strategic negotiations.
