Job Title: Hotel Public Area Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Housekeeping Professional to join our team as an Hotel Public Area Attendant. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of hotel public areas, distributing linen, replenishing amenities, and assisting room attendants as needed.

This is a part-time opportunity that requires a minimum of 4 days availability per week. You will work a rotating roster Monday to Sunday, 9am to 2pm, with varying hours depending on hotel occupancy.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication skills, good time management abilities, and a friendly attitude towards guests and colleagues.

About the Role:

  • Distribute linen and replenish amenities to floors
  • Ensure the cleanliness of hotel public areas
  • Assist room attendants as requested
  • Maintain guest room pantries and ensure all equipment is in working order
  • Help answer guest requests and assist where possible

About You:

  • You will have a positive involvement and interaction with both guests and the overall hotel team
  • You must have at least 4 days availability to work over a rotating roster

Requirements:

  • Possess full Australian working rights
  • Have a proven track record of room servicing
  • Take pride in customer service
  • Demonstrate good communication skills
  • Be willing and available to work an average of 4 days
  • Possess strong organisation and time management skills
  • Be a team player with the ability to work both autonomously and in a team setting
