The program covers multiple projects in various phases, and the client seeks an individual to take on a senior leadership position, providing direction and support to project teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end e-commerce program, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for senior leadership, business units, and external partners, building strong relationships and providing regular updates on progress, risks, and dependencies.
  • Manage a diverse team, providing guidance, coaching, and ensuring effective collaboration across technical, business, and operational groups.
  • Proactively manage scope changes, ensuring flexibility and adaptability as the program evolves and grows in complexity.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience managing large, complex programs, with a proven track record of delivering successful technology initiatives in finance, retail, or related industries.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization and manage executive-level expectations.
  • Proven ability to manage financial resources and budgets effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering complex ICT infrastructure programs or projects.

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on national averages and the company's location.
