Job Opportunity

A Stand-Alone Payroll Officer is needed to take sole ownership of end-to-end payroll processes for circa 300 employees, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing end-to-end payroll processes for ~300 employees.
  • Auditing and managing payroll and timekeeping systems.
  • Collaborating with HR, Finance, and other teams to ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing.

Essential Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in payroll management, confident in running the payroll department for 300+ employees.
  • Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
  • Solid understanding of multi-state payroll requirements, awards, legislation, and taxation.
