We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Site Manager to lead our team of professionals in creating innovative and sustainable landscapes.

This role involves overseeing and delivering high-quality commercial landscaping projects across NSW, ensuring projects stay on track while maintaining exceptional quality and safety standards.

  • Manage on-site operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to meet project goals.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and timelines.
  • Identify and address potential risks to ensure projects stay on track.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
  • Lead and mentor on-site teams to achieve project excellence.
  • Monitor and report on project performance and progress.

Key Responsibilities:
