As a Recruitment Specialist, you'll play a vital role in identifying future talent needs and delivering a steady stream of skilled professionals.

This role involves working closely with internal stakeholders to identify blue-collar workforce requirements across multiple projects and divisions. You'll need to adapt quickly to changing priorities and learn new systems and processes to achieve your goals.

To succeed in this role, you'll require excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Previous recruitment experience is highly regarded, but not essential. A working knowledge of blue-collar trades roles is also valuable.

A competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum reflects the importance of this role in supporting the company's ongoing success. In addition to a strong remuneration package, you can expect a range of benefits that support your career development and well-being.
