The role of Credit and Collections Officer presents a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic corporate environment with a strong presence in various sectors.

This position supports the credit and collections team by performing several key tasks:

  • Following up on commercial accounts through outbound calls, emails, and reminders
  • Resolving any outstanding debt matters by liaising internally
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for partners and lawyers regarding your portfolio of clients
  • Reconciliation of client accounts
  • Applying a problem-solving approach to credit and collections
  • Regular review of credit limits and terms to minimize commercial risk
  • Providing assistance to the wider finance team with ongoing projects
