Credit Underwriter - Residential Lending Thinktank is one of Australia's largest and fastest growing Residential and Commercial Property Non-bank Lender with a multi-office presence across Australia.As an innovative, knowledgeable and established financial services provider with a reputation for professionalism and integrity, Thinktank focuses on building quality internal and external stakeholder relationships in support of our wide range of borrowers and investors.Role OverviewAs a Credit underwriter you will be responsible for conducting credit assessment and approvals under your DLA.
This role will work with and support the residential credit team to meet agreed SLA's and drive customer focused outcomes.Key AccountabilitiesCredit assessment and approval for residential loans within DLA'SLiase with Valuers, solicitors, brokers and financial advisers as requiredWorkshop scenarios with Relationship managers to best meet credit guidelinesBuild positive relationships with internal and external stakeholder's by attending to phone and email queries in a timely manner Positive contribution to company culture and work environmentsAbout You2 + years of Residential lending credit experience with PAYG and/or Self employed/ TrustsHave held a DLA currently or previously of at least $500kOutstanding communications skills both written and verbalWell-developed relationship skills which will demonstrate strong internal stakeholder management skillsExceptional attention to detail and a strong team playerNon confirming lending experience would be desirable Why Thinktank?
