Position Overview:
Role: Senior Educator
Employment Type: Full Time
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate plus superannuation

Impactful Role:
As a Senior Educator, you will have the opportunity to lead your own classroom, guiding a team of passionate Educators in delivering outstanding educational programs. You will work closely with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, assess, and continuously enhance our teaching methodologies. Your dedication to safety and inclusivity will ensure that every learning experience is tailored to meet the diverse needs of all children.

About the Centre:
Our centre caters to children from six weeks to school age, providing a nurturing environment where dedicated educators strive to deliver the highest quality of care. We create engaging and enjoyable learning activities within a warm and friendly atmosphere, fostering meaningful relationships with families and children alike.

Qualifications Required:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent approved qualification)
- Comprehensive understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Valid Working with Children Check
