Flight Attendant Opportunity

Are you a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills? We are seeking a dedicated Flight Attendant to join our team in Brisbane. As a solo Flight Attendant, you will be responsible for managing the entire cabin independently, ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers throughout the flight.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of personal presentation
  • Natural willingness to please and care for people

Extensive training will be provided; flying experience is not required.

This is a rewarding position where every day is different, coupled with a great team spirit. You will have the opportunity to provide a caring and personalised service while travelling to some of Australia's most unique destinations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Equipment/security checks
  • In-flight announcements
  • In-flight food & beverage service
  • Cleaning duties
  • Handling various situations that may occur in the cabin

Requirements:

  • Be 18 years of age or over
  • Have Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
  • Be no taller than 173 cm
  • Hold a current Provide First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011)
  • Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
  • Be able to demonstrate that you have completed a minimum 3 years of secondary education in Australia or New Zealand, or worked in Australia or New Zealand for at least 3 of the last 5 years, or worked in the UK, Ireland or USA for at least 3 of the last 5 years, or completed the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) with an overall grade of 5.5
  • Be able to hold an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) which involves a police security check
  • Have experience in customer service
  • Be able to swim fully clothed without aid or floating device (a swim assessment is required)
  • Be flexible; working hours will vary and include working during holiday times and peak periods
  • Have a high level of personal presentation
  • Have a natural willingness to please and care for people
