Lead Cabin Crew Trainer

The primary role of the Cabin Crew Line Standards Lead is to oversee and manage the delivery of cabin crew line training and checking across various fleet types.

  • Supervise trainers and checkers to ensure optimal safety and service standards are upheld.
  • Maintain compliance with aviation regulations and promote excellence in training methodologies.
  • Develop high-quality training courseware through effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Monitor and improve trainer and checker performance by providing feedback and coaching.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with trainers, checkers, and operational leaders to establish and maintain cabin crew standards.
  • Contribute to the development of comprehensive training programs that meet industry requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and guidelines.

Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience with strong people management skills.
  • Ability to create and update guidance materials and courseware for trainers and checkers.
  • Focus on continuous improvement in training methods and outcomes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and lateral thinking skills.
