Customer Service Representative
About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through various channels, including phone and email
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to provide solutions to complex customer issues
- Provide regular feedback to management on customer satisfaction and areas for improvement
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Fully paid Cert III in Business training during work hours
- Earn monthly commissions
