**Job Title:** Operations Assistant For Stores

**Job Description:

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated retail trainer and team leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be passionate about training and staff development, and have previous experience as a team leader or manager.

As a retail trainer and team leader, you will be responsible for recruiting employees suitable for our retail team, training staff by understanding and comprehending our training guides and videos, spending one-on-one time with new and existing staff to improve their performance, visiting stores to ensure the team is performing well and the store is well presented, and assisting in retail stores as required.

The role involves working closely with our head office staff and CEO, providing support with day-to-day duties as needed. You will also be responsible for reporting any issues or staff matters to head office.
