Job Title: Senior Property Operations Manager

About the Role:

This is a key leadership position within our organization, responsible for overseeing property operations across multiple locations.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of effectively managing teams and resources to achieve strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Property Operations Management:
  • Manage property operations in accordance with operational requirements and company policies.
  • Oversee the maintenance and operation of building management systems and equipment to ensure effective functionality.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication to internal and external stakeholders (tenants, owners, contractors, managers etc.).
  • Complete and present regular reporting on property performance.
  • Manage contractor schedules and services to minimize downtime and optimize plant function.
  • Provide emergency assistance as required.
  • Portfolio Management:
  • Oversee a portfolio of properties, ensuring that each site operates efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a property management or facilities management context.
  • Skill in problem-solving and continuous improvement methods.
  • Knowledge of day-to-day building service operations.
  • Able to negotiate tenders and manage budgets.
  • Highly developed computer skills, including proficiency in software applications relevant to property management.
  • Familiarity with strata schemes and regulations.
  • Trade qualification preferred (fire, electrical or hydraulic advantageous).
  • A valid driver's license is required.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position.
  • 8 hour shift.
