Job Title: Senior Property Operations Manager

Company Overview:

A leading property investment firm is seeking a seasoned Senior Property Operations Manager to oversee the smooth and efficient performance of commercial properties in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and implement strategies to maximize revenue generation in line with annual leasing targets
  • Develop and execute marketing plans for properties
  • Promote initiatives to enhance asset value of properties
  • Analyze maintenance requests, review upgrading plans including scope, costs estimates, etc
  • Evaluate operations efficiency and performance of properties
  • Ensure compliance with regulations during works carried out by contractors
  • Maintain policies and procedures up-to-date to meet changing industry regulations or licensing requirements

Requirements:

  • Degree in Property, Facilities or Building Management or related discipline
  • Approx 3+ years' relevant experience in commercial/retail property, building and tenant management
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing skills, and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills, resourceful, process and results-oriented
