Box Hill Precinct Facility Coordinator

About the Role
This role is responsible for supporting the Support Services Precinct Manager, Box Hill Hospital, and ensuring the relevant Box Hill Hospital Precinct facilities operate effectively and efficiently.
The Box Hill Hospital Site and Precinct include Upton House, Adolescent Inpatient Unit, 5 Arnold Street, 21–23 Arnold Street, 25-27 Arnold Street, Wellington House, Turning Point - Richmond, CCU Camberwell, Services located at Carrington Road, Box Hill, and 28 Warrandyte Rd, Ringwood.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Support Services Precinct Manager, Box Hill Hospital
- Ensure the effective and efficient operation of the Box Hill Hospital Precinct facilities
- Coordinate and manage the day-to-day activities of the Precinct
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Precinct
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver organisational outcomes
Requirements
- Relevant experience at site/facility management level
- Demonstrated negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and interpersonal
- Ability to consult and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to work independently
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Understanding of OH&S legislation and emergency management activities
- Victorian driver's licence
