Campus Academic Leader – Arts Department
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced leader to head our Arts Department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for nurturing students to excel in their education, strive for excellence, and develop their individual character.
In this role, you will develop and implement faculty programs from Year 7-12 and teach Upper School ATAR courses.
You will work closely with the academic team to ensure knowledge of the requirements set by the relevant educational authorities.

Key Responsibilities
- Nurture students to excel in their education and achieve their full potential.
- Develop and implement engaging and effective faculty programs from Year 7-12.
- Teach Upper School ATAR courses and provide high-quality learning experiences for students.
- Ensure compliance with relevant educational standards and requirements.
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, and work collaboratively with the academic team.
Selection Criteria
- A proven track record of achievement as an educational leader, particularly in a similar school setting.
- An inspiring leader able to initiate and manage change, and drive improvement within the department.
- Experience in developing and implementing faculty programs, and teaching Upper School ATAR courses.
- Strong knowledge of relevant educational standards and requirements, and the ability to ensure compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
Requirements
- Hold a valid Working With Children Card (or be able to apply).
- Have a recent National Police Clearance (no more than 3 months old).
- Be currently registered with the relevant teaching authority.
