About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restructuring & Insolvency Supervisor to join our team at EBR. As a key member of our insolvency team, you will play a critical role in providing strategic, commercial, and financial advice to our restructuring clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage insolvency investigations and associated reporting
  • Prepare reports to creditors, outcome statements, and deficiency accounts
  • Manage asset realisations and coordinate trading administrations
  • Provide expert advice on restructuring and insolvency matters
  • Liaise with various stakeholders, including lawyers, valuation agents, government bodies, and agencies
  • Assist with the management and development of more junior team members
About You
  • 5+ years of insolvency experience
  • CA/CPA qualification
  • ARITA/TMA membership
  • Developed technical insolvency knowledge with a desire to focus on restructuring and forensics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Developed ethical values and a strong work ethic
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • A team-focused approach and a desire to motivate and mentor more junior team members
  • Resourceful problem-solving skills and a desire to develop referral networks
