Africa-Based Electrical Lead

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead our team in Africa. This role requires effective leadership and skills transfer to national electrical personnel.
- Support site leadership teams with safety initiatives.
- Review working areas for compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to site team members.
A pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing, and site-specific clearances are required. Additionally, a National Police Clearance and any necessary tickets or qualifications must be presented at time of interview.
