We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable professional to join our cabin crew team. As an ambassador of exceptional customer service, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of safety and security on board.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering world-class customer service while maintaining a positive attitude and excellent time management skills.

Requirements & Qualifications
  • A minimum of one year's experience in hospitality or customer service is required.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • High school graduates (Grade 12) are eligible to apply.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is desirable.
  • Candidates must meet the height requirement of 160cm, with the ability to reach up to 212cm when standing on tiptoes.
  • Visible tattoos are not permitted while wearing the uniform.

The successful candidate will undergo comprehensive training at our state-of-the-art facility in Dubai, equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in this role.

Benefits Package

We offer a competitive salary structure comprising three components: basic pay, hourly flying pay, and meal allowances. The approximate monthly total compensation includes:

  1. a fixed basic salary of AED 4,430 per month;
  2. an hourly pay rate of AED 63.75, corresponding to approximately 80-100 hours of operated flights per month;
  3. meal allowances credited to the salary in arrears.

In addition to a competitive salary, we provide hotel accommodation and transportation to and from the airport.

Additional Information

The successful candidate will be based in Dubai and must comply with UAE employment visa requirements.
