Job Title: Support Workers
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to provide in-home care for people in need. If you're passionate about making a positive difference in people's lives, we invite you to join our team in delivering high-quality, personalised care.
Key Responsibilities:- Support individuals with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals, ensuring their wellbeing and safety.
- Assist individuals with their medication and attend medical appointments with them as required.
Requirements:
- Certificate III or IV qualification in a relevant field such as Individual Support or Disability, or completion of First Year of Bachelor of Nursing.
- Fully Vaccinated (3 x Covid shots, Flu Vaccination, Proof of immunity towards Whooping cough, measles, HepB and chicken pox).
- Full Working rights.
- Currently hold or willing to obtain a National Police Check.
- 6 months plus paid experience in providing care and support to individuals with a range of needs.
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
- Current CPR and First Aid (level 2).
- Current Australian Driver's License.
