We're seeking a highly skilled Construction Services Coordinator to join our team at Adco Constructions.

**About the Role**

As a key member of our project management team, you will assist the Project Manager in the safe and successful delivery of services packages on large-scale projects. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all undertakings are executed in accordance with company standards and protocols.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Contribute to tendering processes by reviewing consultant and subcontractor quotations against project scope.
  • Review and contribute to documents governing project delivery, ensuring alignment with project, business, and legislative requirements.
  • Coordinate with design teams to manage services package designs in line with project plans.
  • Assist in site work management throughout project duration and commissioning, ensuring defect-free handovers.
  • Review project documents for compliance with relevant project delivery plans and contractual obligations.
  • Provide input into compilation of project documents, sharing knowledge and expertise.

**Requirements**

  • Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Building Services Engineering.
  • Previous experience working with tier 1/2 building contractors on major projects.
  • Experience in design and construction/installation.
  • Expertise in commissioning of all services.

**What We Offer**
