Paxus - Technology + Digital Talent is seeking an experienced IT Security Operations Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Secure Network Technical Consultant, you will provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise across a range of security operations initiatives.
Responsibilities include designing, configuring, implementing, and troubleshooting secure network systems, contributing to architectural direction and decision-making, leading complex firewall implementations and rule management, mentoring team members on security technologies and best practices, and delivering technical input into major programs.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Network Security Operations
- Strong leadership skills in technical investigations and solution design
- Extensive expertise in security technologies, including Checkpoint & Palo Alto firewalls, load balancers, WAFs, proxies, DNS, AWS, and Azure security services
- Proven experience with Security Automation tools and frameworks
- Sound understanding of risk management across security domains
