We are seeking a highly skilled Lead 3D Designer to deliver exceptional design solutions.

Job Description

As a key leader, you will drive projects forward, collaborating with directors and producers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects, overseeing on-site execution, collaboration with contractors, mentoring junior designers, and building client relationships.
  • Develop cutting-edge conceptual solutions, create comprehensive technical packs with high-quality renders and visuals, and manage material engineering.
  • Manage remote collaboration, stakeholder management, and drive creative responses for new business pitches.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Advanced ability in Vectorworks 3D modelling and visualisation, detailed documentation in sheets, full Adobe suite, with a focus on Photoshop, Microsoft Office, and AI software.

Excellent drawing skills, understanding of BCA and relevant building regulations, ability to work under pressure and deadlines, and advanced organisational skills.
