
Senior Clinical Team Manager

We are seeking an experienced clinical leader to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving change, supporting families, and inspiring a dedicated team.
About the RoleThis is a pivotal position that requires effective management of day-to-day operations, including clinical and people management. The successful candidate will work in close partnership with DCJ and DACS to deliver the best possible outcomes for families referred to the program.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and Manage the Whole Family Team
The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding and supporting clinicians across sites in the Manning and Hunter Valley regions.
- Deliver Clinical Interventions
The candidate will provide senior expertise, leadership, guidance, and direction to staff and build a positive, professional culture that facilitates effective health service delivery outcomes.
- Coordinate Daily Tasks
The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to keep the team on track to ensure smooth service delivery.
Must hold a degree in Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Clinical Psychology, or other qualification deemed equivalent by the employer, which provides eligibility or membership of the relevant professional association/full registration through the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
