Client Services Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Services professional to join our team at Impel Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service to Advisors, Brokers, internal staff, and Share Registries
- Create trading accounts for clients
- Apply for new HINs and handle cancellations
- Update client registration details and manage ABN/ACN and TFN changes
- Facilitate trustee changes and corrections
- Support compliance in classifying accounts and gathering AML documentation
- Cross-train junior team members and oversee quality control of their work
- Address and resolve client and advisor concerns positively
Requirements:
- 3+ years client services experience from a stockbroking environment
- Understanding of AML requirements
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Proactive and composed under pressure
- Positive team player with a willingness to assist others
- Friendly and confident communication style
