BNY Mellon is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven banking professional to join our Corporate Trust, Client Services team as a Representative. This is a full-time role based in Sydney, Australia - Hybrid.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by:

  • Leading process improvement projects to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.
  • Conducting thorough analysis of existing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing solutions to optimize workflows.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Developing and maintaining process documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure the impact of process improvements.
  • Providing training and support to employees on new processes and tools to ensure successful implementation.
  • Analyzing and documenting existing banking processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implementing process enhancements to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and improve overall operational performance.
  • Collaborating with IT teams to automate manual processes and streamline workflows.
