Job Description:

We are seeking a Medical Driver to manage all medical equipment repairs. This role involves performing patient set-up and education, organizing the set-up of patients with medical equipment, providing instruction programs, and ensuring patients and carers understand safety requirements.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, basic computer skills, and prior experience in a medical setting. They must also possess a valid MR or HR license and be able to work flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform patient set-up and education as per facility manuals and policies.
  • Organize the set-up of patients with medical equipment as per prescription.
  • Provide instruction programs detailing safe use and daily maintenance of equipment and associated consumables.
  • Ensure patients and carers understand safety requirements and operating instructions by guiding them through patient documentation.
  • Inform patients and carers of additional products or services they may be interested in according to marketing programs and management instructions.
