Business Talent Acquisition Partner

The Business Talent Acquisition Partner plays a pivotal role in facilitating the recruitment lifecycle, encompassing activities such as guiding hiring managers through requisition approval processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative sourcing strategies, and engaging in candidate screening and negotiation. This key position requires exceptional communication skills, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, and expertise in data analysis.

This role is responsible for providing support to the Talent Acquisition team, conducting job intake meetings, and developing targeted recruiting strategies to attract top talent. Additionally, the successful candidate will be able to analyze data to inform business decisions and contribute to the development of organizational policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting hiring managers in creating job descriptions and requirements
  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment plans
  • Screening and interviewing candidates to ensure the best fit for the organization
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to establish clear goals and objectives
  • Conducting regular progress updates and reporting on recruitment metrics

Preferred qualifications include exposure to major sourcing sites, relevant experience in talent acquisition, and certifications in HR or recruitment-related fields.
