About the Role

The Visual Display Specialist plays a pivotal role in curating an exceptional customer journey within the store. The ideal candidate will elevate the collection through inspiring and commercially savvy visual displays, maximizing indirect and direct customer service while driving sales performance to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer customers high-quality service through styling advice, product knowledge, and store experience
  • Analyse selling information and take responsibility for the visual direction of the store
  • Install window displays and create inspiring outfits and mannequin styles
  • Merchandise stock on the shop floor according to company directives
  • Support sales staff with store operations and set the visual merchandising standard for the store
  • Train the team and provide excellent customer experiences as a brand ambassador
