Training and Development Specialist

The Field Training Partner will be responsible for maintaining all Krispy Kreme existing training programs along with the creation and implementation of future training programs and updates across the business.
Working closely with our field-based operating teams across Australia and New Zealand in both Retail and Manufacturing, you will be well supported to ensure strong engagement and knowledge of the Learning and Development Program is maintained.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Facilitating, mentoring, and reporting on Krispy Kreme's new and existing managers on their professional development within the business.
- Championing our Global Leadership Development Program for all Field-based managers.
- Building succession planning documents in conjunction with the Senior Leadership to support Krispy Kreme's future growth.
- Supporting Managers with the ongoing use of Krispy Kreme's Development Program, mentoring, and providing coaching on the continued use of the program.
- Liaising with the L&D and the Subject Matter Experts to review, revise, and create new learning Development Initiatives and drive completion of eLearning content.
- Working with P&C and Field Leadership on the development of new shop onboarding and training plans.
- Designing and creating educational and engaging material, including training modules, workshops, Virtual learning courses, presentations, process documents, FAQs.
- Supporting the Learning and Development Manager with ad-hoc projects and learning engagement initiatives as needed.
- Ensuring continuous improvement by actively gathering feedback to evaluate L&D program effectiveness.
- Prioritizing the Krispy Kreme Learner experience first in everything that you do.
- Being available to help support the field-based teams with L&D requirements as needed.

- Confidence, passion, and enthusiasm about the customer and the learner experience and the Krispy Kreme brand.
Qualification and Experience
- Intermediate level Microsoft Word/PowerPoint/Excel qualification.
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment (TAE).
- Can demonstrate a minimum 3 years' experience developing and monitoring managers, preferably with FMCG or retail sectors.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience working in multi-site operations, preferably in FMCG or retail.
- Experience with Litmos or other Learning Management systems.
- Demonstrated experience in the development and implementation of a L&D program.
