We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Keepsake Preparation Coordinator to join our team at InvoCare. As a Keepsake Specialist, you will play a vital role in creating personalized keepsakes for families who have lost their beloved pets.
Key Responsibilities- Take clay, ink, and digital paw prints to ensure high-quality results, including trimming fur and claws.
- Prepare pets for office viewings and cremations, including washing and drying as needed.
- Carry out viewing cremations and gold and platinum creations as required.
- Manage the cool room and pets on hold, liaising with the client care team on progress.
- Assist with warehouse duties, including unpacking stock and accepting deliveries.
- Prepare pet ashes for urns, boxes, and jewelry, and finalize preparation for return to clients.
- You have a passion for helping others during difficult times.
- You possess compassion for animals and emotional intelligence.
- You are able to handle deceased pets in a professional and compassionate manner.
- You are capable of lifting pets of all sizes using safe lifting procedures, requiring the ability to lift up to 25kg.
- You have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and thrive in a clean and tidy environment.
- You possess exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively.
- You are able to work in an ever-changing environment and balance demands on your time.
- You have proven computer and administrative skills.
