Job Opportunity:

Recruitment Partners is partnering with a leading Australian manufacturer to fill a permanent Finance Officer position.

The Role:

This full-time role involves managing end-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.

**Accounts Payable:**

  • Enter expenditure transactions into the accounting system, ensuring ordering, receipt, and approval processes are followed.
  • Maintain and reconcile company credit cards and ensure associated paperwork is in order.
  • Pay accounts in accordance with vendor payment terms using the accounting system.
  • Coordinate weekly and monthly payment runs for vendors.
  • Liaise with vendors regarding queries and outstanding invoices/supplies.

**Accounts Receivable:**

  • Reconcile debtor balances.
  • Manage files for legal purposes.
  • Complete receipting requirements as necessary.
  • Issue statements and invoices.
  • Run daily arrears reports.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in finance or accounts.
  • Task-oriented with excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Intermediate MS Office Suite experience, including Excel.
