Role Overview:

As a Paralegal, you will provide comprehensive support to the General Manager of Legal Operations, ensuring effective delivery of legal services and efficient management of legal documentation. This role involves drafting standard legal agreements, conducting research, and assisting with contract management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting legal documents, including NDAs and commercial agreements
  • Conducting research on legal and regulatory matters
  • Managing contracts and key dates in LawVu
  • Assisting with presentation preparation and meeting attendance
  • General administrative tasks, such as diary management and document amendment

Requirements:

  • 4+ years experience as a Paralegal or experienced Legal Secretary
  • Proven experience in setting up and maintaining systems for organizing information and documents
  • Ability to compile and distribute reports
  • Deep experience providing guidance on administrative software and procedures
  • Proven ability to manage administrative tasks and services that support individuals and teams
