Job Opportunity:

Brightwater Care Group Ltd is currently seeking a Registered Nurse to fill vacant shifts in Madeley. Our team provides care and support to clients for over 120 years.

We are looking for a skilled Registered Nurse to work AM & PM shifts between Monday to Friday. Our AM shift typically runs from 7am to 3.15pm, and our PM shift from 3pm to 10.15pm. We also offer weekend work or night shifts for those interested.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering inclusive and person-centred quality care and support in accordance with individualised client Care Plans. This role ensures optimal service provision that actively promotes choice, independence, and quality of life in a safe and home-like environment.

To be successful, you will possess the following attributes:

  • Be registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Deliver a strong clinical care service
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences
  • Demonstrate the ability to lead shifts with an empathetic and mentoring approach
  • Be able to prioritise workload safely and efficiently with a focus on our clients
  • A satisfactory National Police Clearance less than one year old
  • First Aid Certificate (less than 3 years old)
  • A satisfactory NDIS Worker Screening check
