Guest Service Position

We are seeking a skilled hospitality professional to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who have a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and are looking for a fulfilling career within a nationally recognised company.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service to guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
  • Assist with reservations, check-in, and check-out processes, demonstrating attention to detail and a keen eye for facility, service, and product delivery.
  • Operate RMS or similar system, utilising knowledge of hotels or the serviced apartment industry and procedures.
  • Work a varied roster, including evenings and weekends, while maintaining a professional telephone manner and communication skills.
Key Requirements:
  • Previous experience in hotel front office operations, with a focus on guest service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, while maintaining a positive attitude and approach.
Favorable Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of RMS or similar system.
  • Experience working in hotels or the serviced apartment industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Word and Excel.
