Senior Anaesthetist Role

We are seeking an experienced anaesthetist to join our team in delivering high-quality care to patients across Central Queensland.

Job Description

The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Anaesthesia to provide safe and reliable anaesthesia care to patients. They will also contribute to the expansion of our services across facilities as capabilities allow.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled anaesthetist to consolidate their consultant role in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver safe, reliable, and high-quality anaesthesia care to patients
  • Work collaboratively with the Director of Anaesthesia and other healthcare professionals
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service expansion initiatives
Requirements
  • Registration or eligibility for registration as a Specialist in Anaesthesia with the Australian Health Practitioner Registration Authority (AHPRA)
  • Enrolment and maintenance of an ongoing CME program appropriate to the College
  • MBBS or equivalent eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia
