Procurement and Inventory Management Role

This is a key position within our organization, responsible for coordinating third-party suppliers, managing inventory accuracy, and supporting timely product delivery.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate procurement and production planning with external partners
  • Ensure accurate inventory levels and resolve discrepancies
  • Create and manage work orders and supplier quotes
  • Maintain data flows between departments and external suppliers
  • Support compliance with quality standards
  • Monitor and report on supplier performance and KPIs
  • Facilitate timely delivery of products through effective planning
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in procurement and inventory management
  • High level of initiative, drive, and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively with others
  • A high level of organizational skills and time management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and experience with JDE such as Enterprise One is an advantage
