About the Job

This position involves leading business readiness across a program, ensuring successful change adoption for internal teams, delivery partners and support areas.

Key aspects of this role include:

  • Leading and coordinating change management activities across multiple streams
  • Conducting change impact assessments and ensuring alignment of change across the entire program
  • Facilitating communication and collaboration between workstreams and stakeholders
  • Embedding structured change management principles and processes into delivery

About the Program

The program aims to replace the current system with a new platform that tracks technician training, skills and readiness. This initiative will see the consolidation of information without direct reporting lines, facilitating collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Change Manager or Business Readiness Lead on large-scale programs
  • A strong ability to influence without direct authority and manage competing priorities
  • Expertise in change management frameworks and methodologies
  • Excellent organisational and stakeholder engagement skills
