The Opportunity

This key administrative role involves liaising with customers, addressing their queries, and resolving issues by referring to administrative information, including rates, invoicing, weighbridge data, and other relevant details. The successful candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and strong communication and customer service skills, making them a valuable asset to the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance to external customers and Sales Team enquiries relating to weighbridge and general sales transactions
  • Assist with reporting for external customers and operations team
  • Raising of credit and debit notes as required
  • Provide assistance in internal audit activities

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience within a general office or sales support administration environment, including personal/executive assistant or customer service experience
  • Strong communication Skills (Written & Verbal)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including ability to clarify, resolve issues, time manage and make decisions
  • Ability to establish and maintain ongoing effective relationships
