Position Overview:

As the Chief of Staff, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the executive leadership team in achieving strategic objectives and enhancing operational efficiency. This position requires a dynamic individual who can align departmental initiatives with the overarching goals of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the executive team to formulate and execute strategic plans that promote organizational alignment and effectiveness.
  • Provide high-level support to the leadership team by preparing essential materials and facilitating informed decision-making processes.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to generate insights that guide strategic initiatives, including the development of performance dashboards and reports.
  • Oversee the execution of key projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget while managing risks and fostering collaboration across departments.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive team and various stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
  • Prepare and coordinate presentations that clearly convey financial data and strategic direction to both internal and external audiences.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in a fast-paced, international environment, managing strategic projects and operational responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Experience in the shipping or logistics sector, with a solid understanding of industry practices and regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively.
