Lead Business Analysts with experience working in Agile environments are sought to oversee data and analytics requirements for digital products.

About the Role:

This position involves leading end-to-end digital Agile projects, facilitating workshops and showcases, and collaborating with Product Owners and supervising Business Analysts and Service Designers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage program milestones and practices across teams
  • Identify opportunities to improve program governance, practice, and reporting
  • Coach staff in agile frameworks and scrum practices
  • Foster a productive environment where team members have accountability for their work

Applicants must demonstrate experience coordinating sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups, as well as managing project scope and timelines.
