We are seeking an exceptional Cybersecurity Professional to join our team as a Security Engineer.

Job Description:
  • Monitor network data streams and event log data to ensure that gateway operations are optimized and maintained for maximum efficiency.
  • Analyze security vulnerabilities and implement remediation measures in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Maintain high service availability, ensuring customer expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all security-related documentation and records.
  • Investigate and address identified security breaches, recommending corrective actions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and enforce logical access controls and security policies.
Requirements:
  • Possession of AGSVA Security Clearance
  • Extensive network experience, including switches, routers, and firewalls
  • Proficiency in Firewall management, including Stateful and Layer 7 configurations
  • Experience with Solaris or Linux/Unix systems, including command-line administration and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of mail server setup and maintenance
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to perform root cause analysis on network/computer issues
  • Familiarity with computer/network security policies and enforcement procedures
  • Experience with Load Balancing, Apache configuration, and DNS environment support
  • Competency in Windows Server administration and domain management
  • Basic scripting skills, including Shell, Perl, etc.
