We are seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team.

The Opportunity:

We require an experienced professional with extensive knowledge of cloud computing technologies and services.

To Be Eligible:

  • You will need at least 2-3 years of professional experience in two or more of the following competencies: Azure Cloud Services, AWS, AAD, Azure Security Centre and Defender, CI/CD Pipeline, Cloud Automation, Cloud Networking, Cloud Governance, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Our client requires you to be an Australian Citizen and hold an AGSVA Negative Vetting 1 or higher security clearance

Experience Needed:

  • 2 - 3 years demonstrated experience in two or more of the following competencies:
    • Azure Cloud Services (Azure)
    • Amazon Web Services (AWS)
    • Azure Active Directory (AAD): Azure AD Connect (Identity Synchronisation), Multifactor, Federation (SAML/WS-Fed), AAD Application Integration, Azure Policy, Management Groups, Privileged Identity Management, Conditional Access
    • Azure Security Centre and Defender: Defender for Cloud App's
    • AWS Control Tower
    • CI/CD Pipeline: Azure DevOps, Jenkins
    • Cloud Automation: ARM Template / Cloud Formation, Scale Services based on load, PowerShell, Azure CLI
    • Cloud Networking: VNET/VPC, Web Application Firewall, Azure/AWS firewall, Hub and Spoke topology, Transit Gateway, ExpressRoute / DirectConnect
    • Cloud Governance: ISM (Information Security Manual), CIS (Centre for Internet Security), PSPF (Protective Security Policy Framework), Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB)
    • Microsoft Office 365 (M365): Microsoft Teams Configuration, SharePoint Online Configuration, Exchange Online Integration, OneDrive for Business, Desired State Configuration
    • Microsoft Dynamics 365
    • Active Directory - AD FS (Active Directory Federation Services)
    • Exchange 2010 and above
    • Gateway / DMZ Networking (Routing, Proxy, Firewall)
    • Secure Administration (Jump zones)

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver: Document design and patterns for continued use; technical specifications using Department templates; service design documentation; and develop and implement proof-of-concept designs for executives
  • Manage: Ensure technical optimisation of the Client's cloud environments; monitor and report on the Azure environment; and configure and migrate the Azure environment
  • Advise: Analyse relevant business and software requirements for delivery in a cloud environment
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with ICT operational teams to coordinate implementation activities
  • Collaboration: Work with relevant technical teams to plan, design, and implement cloud and business solutions
