Performance Media Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Media Manager to join our team at Publicis Groupe. As a key member of our digital advertising team, you will be responsible for shaping and defining industry-leading paid search strategies for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Accountable for training Executives/Coordinators to ensure they are highly skilled in paid search implementation.
- Manage the search team to ensure account deliverables, including campaign set up, reporting, optimisation tactics, quality checks, and best practice are adhered to.
- Day-to-day client team and client contact across SEM.
- Confident in compiling strong SEM responses and presenting these directly to clients.
- Assist agency and client education around all areas of SEM.
- Ensure quality controls are in place from planning/buying/optimisation and reporting for you and your team.
- Be our clients' go-to paid search advertising expert.
- 4-6 years' minimum experience in SEM/performance media.
- Excellent grasp of paid search planning and activation.
- Experience and working knowledge of Google paid search platforms (Google Ads, SA360), the Microsoft Advertising platform, as well as key industry SEM tools and key analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics/GA360).
- Ideally has some SEO knowledge and an understanding of paid and organic search work as a team.
- Managerial experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Problem solver and strong analytical thinking.
