Job Opportunity

The role of Reserve Attendant is a key position within the organization, requiring an individual to provide high-quality services and facilities to meet community expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Completing maintenance activities for parks, reserves, and streetscapes within the area of operation
  • Making informed technical and operational decisions to ensure effective service delivery
  • Providing support, leadership, and advice to staff members and apprentices in their professional development
  • Developing and maintaining work programs to optimize resource allocation
  • Preparing and coordinating maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
  • Carrying out landscaping, garden refurbishment, pruning, litter removal, fertilizing, mowing, mulching, and general garden/turf maintenance tasks
Requirements:
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently or as part of a team under direction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Able to work safely and in accordance with WHS guidelines and industry obligations
  • Experience in maintenance and safe operation of parks and gardens related plant and equipment
  • 'C' Class driver's licence for efficient travel between locations
  • WHS General Induction for Construction (White Card) for site access and safety
